Cost: $300 4- 8 players (contact us for larger groups).Location: Serving the Richmond, VA area (20-mile radius from our base camp in 23238) A travel fee of $2/mile applies outside this radius.Time: Up to 90 minutes of game time. Please plan an additional 10-15 minutes before and after for setup and pack-up.Ages: designed for tweens and up. Contact us about younger groups.Deposit Required: A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a reservation. Deposits are transferable to a new date if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.Final Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of your event via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App.Note: All players must sign a liability waiver before play, and we reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests.

TERMS OF SERVICE & BOOKING POLICIES

BOOKING & PAYMENTDeposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to book a reservation.Final Balance: The remaining balance (Total Price minus Deposit) is due at the completion of your event.Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash for the final balance.Corporate Invoicing: For corporate clients requiring net-terms invoicing, please contact us directly.2. DISCOUNTS & REDEMPTION POLICYNote: Discounts and digital referral codes are deducted from the Final Balance only and cannot be applied to the online Deposit.3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULINGRescheduling (48+ Hours Notice): You may move your deposit to a new date one time at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.Cancellation (48+ Hours Notice): If you cancel entirely (no reschedule), you forfeit the $100 deposit.Late Cancellation (< 48 Hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance.No-Shows: If the client is not present within 30 minutes of the start time, the event is considered a "No-Show." The client forfeits the deposit and will be charged the full remaining balance.4. TRAVEL & LOGISTICSService Area: Our standard pricing includes travel within a 20-mile radius of Zip Code 23238.Travel Surcharge: Locations outside this radius are subject to a travel fee of $2.00 per mile.Parking & Setup: The Client must provide safe, legal parking and any associated fees, as well as a clean, well-lit area for gameplay.5. EQUIPMENT & DAMAGESNegligence & Misuse: The Client assumes responsibility for guests' behavior and agrees to pay replacement costs for items broken due to gross negligence or misuse.The "Stop" Rule: The Game Master may terminate the game immediately without refund if guests treat equipment or staff in an unsafe or abusive manner.6. ALCOHOL & SAFETYIntoxication: We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest who is visibly intoxicated.Supervision: A responsible adult must be present for parties involving players under the age of 14.7. LIABILITY WAIVERRequirement: All participants (or guardians) must sign our Participant Release of Liability Waiver before the game begins; refusal to sign results in inability to play.8. FORCE MAJEUREIf Fox Trail Games must cancel due to "Acts of God" (weather, illness, breakdown), the Client will receive a 100% refund or priority rescheduling.
